How I work — growth systems, not ad management
In short
I build growth systems rather than manage ads. The ad platform is one component; the system is the connection between an ad, an enquiry, a qualified lead and a customer, measured and automated end to end.
A traditional ad agency versus a growth system
| Traditional ad agency | My approach | |
|---|---|---|
| Unit of work | A campaign | The whole path from ad to customer |
| Success metric | Clicks, impressions, cost per lead | Qualified leads, meetings, customers |
| Measurement | Added later, if at all | Set up first, before spend |
| Data | Monthly platform reports | Connected CRM and decision dashboard |
| Follow-up | Manual | Automated routing and reminders, with a human closing |
Five steps
- 1
Define a measurable goal
What counts as a qualified customer, what is one worth, and what cost is acceptable?
- 2
Set up measurement first
Pixels, Conversion APIs, UTM parameters and the CRM connection are tested before the first riyal is spent.
- 3
Test small, decide by rule
Start with a test budget and write down in advance when to stop, when to change and when to scale.
- 4
Separate the stages
Click, enquiry, qualified lead and customer are reported as four separate numbers and never merged into one.
- 5
Automate and improve
Routing, scoring, alerts and reporting are automated with Zapier, Make or n8n, so the team spends time on conversations that matter.
What I do not promise
I do not guarantee sales figures. I can commit that each riyal spent is traceable to a result, and that decisions are taken from data. Sales also depend on the offer, the price and the sales team.
Frequently asked questions
- What is a growth system?
- A measured connection between advertising, enquiries, qualified leads and customers, with tracking, CRM and automation around the ad platforms.
- How is this different from hiring an ad agency?
- An ad agency usually optimises campaigns inside a platform. A growth system also covers measurement, CRM, follow-up automation and reporting. WE Marketing executes the campaigns; this page describes the system they operate inside.
